Our refurbishing facilities are equipped with the latest, most cost efficient, technologies available.  Each refurbishing station is outfitted with all the necessary equipment and supplies to perform the task at hand, be it receiving, refurbishing, testing, programming, or whatever.  In addition, each station is equipped with a computer to monitor the activities and track each individual phone as it passes through our process.

As each individual phone is received,
a bar-coded traveler is generated
which accompanies the phone
throughout the entire process.

Every workstation is equipped with
a PC that records the phones current
location as well as every action taken
on the phones, from receipt
through shipment. 

Repairs are performed in our clean room by factory trained
technicians to insure the highest quality work possible.

Our technicians use state of the art WAVETEK®
 equipment to ensure adherence to  industry standards.

Using advanced CADEX® equipment,
we can recondition in excess of
15,000 batteries per month.

Streamlined processing, duplicated
from world class production facilities,
is incorporated into our process.
